Assembly
Our secondary capabilities include assembly of components. This can
be accomplished by ultrasonic welding or by hand, depending on the assembly requirement. Sometimes all that is needed is a simple operation such as adding an o'ring to the injection molded plastic part. This can be done at the press while the parts are running so that there is very little or no extra costs. Inserts can be installed during the molding process or as a secondary operation. When required, sanding or other kinds of manual or mechanical assembly of parts is also a common operation.
Packaging
At IPS we pride ourselves on our turn-around times. Our operation will package parts in with constant, careful attention to product and packaging quality. As expected, any packaging order time is subject to the size of the run, but our talented employees and high quality equipment is ready to take on any order as quickly as possible, ensuring that all produced parts are "safe-packed" for shipping.
