Progress

Established in 1987, Innovative Plastic Systems, Inc. (IPS) has grown from a small service organization to a high quality Custom Injection Molding and product assembly operation, including threaded parts & assemblies, industrial parts, molded-in splines, and molded-in threaded inserts. With our 12,000 square foot modern facility near Springfield, MA., we can handle the needs of manufacturers of all sizes and scope. Through this effort the IPS customer base continues to grow!

From Planning > To Production > To Fullfillment

IPS provides a comprehensive service program, from conceptual discussions to the final molding of production parts and secondary operations. One of our functions has been working with research and development and in having the capabilities for short to intermediate production runs when limited production is required. The IPS objective is to work with our customers by offering whatever is needed from conception to assembly, packaging and shipping per customer requirements. We can be your one-stop solution for a variety of manufacturing and supply chain needs.

Resins or Materials

You can be assured that all the materials used by IPS are certified. IPS is meticulous about material selection and the craftsmanship they put into the products produced.

Precaution

IPS is sensitive to your needs and understands that product confidentiality is important to our customers. We would be happy to sign a Security and Non-disclosure contract to assure the protection of your interests.

Quotations

IPS will gladly prepare and present budgetary quotations for your production jobs. Along with your quotation you will also receive a "projected delivery." There is no cost or obligation for IPS quotations.
